From the moment we entered the United States, we’ve been classified as “Aliens.” We’ve gotten too used to the feeling of being an outsider.

So, we’ve created a spaceship for aliens and allies from all lands to come together, be there for one another and celebrate the joys of being global citizens.

Why we exist

For Talent

International talent in advertising find themselves alienated with few places and people to turn to. We’re fostering a Slack community to unite our international friends, help them break in, host social and professional events and provide resources.

For the Industry

While the advertising industry has a renewed focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, these programs don’t always take into account the realities of being an international talent. We want to try to bridge this gap by working with companies and organizations to advocate for our fellow aliens.

For Employers

Employers often do not train hiring managers in the processes involved to hire internationals, resulting in additional barriers for job-seekers. We hope to fill this gap in knowledge by clarifying the myths and facts around hiring talent.

For Allies

Allies for internationals are often lost on how they can provide support. Together, we're building a platform where those eager to help can find talent and find viable solutions.
